The accommodation is not marketed or provided as tourist accommodation, hotel accommodation, aparthotel accommodation or any other type of regulated tourist lodging. The stay is intended exclusively to satisfy a temporary housing need of the guest for reasons such as work, studies, relocation, medical treatment, personal circumstances or any other justified non-permanent purpose. As a condition of the reservation and prior to check-in, guests may be required to provide supporting information regarding the purpose of their stay and must sign the corresponding seasonal rental agreement. The reservation and access to the property are subject to compliance with these requirements.
