Arrivals after 8:00 p.m., as well as arrivals on weekends or holidays, have a supplement of €40 to pay upon arrival. Reception and customer service hours are Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 You must complete the online check-in by providing your documentation through the link we will send you. We have an office located within the apartment complex. We will welcome you personally at the property. Arrivals after 20:00, on weekends or public holidays, may be self check-in. We will send you instructions to collect your keys and locate your apartment. To do this, it is mandatory to have completed the online check-in before arrival. Otherwise, the welcome will be in person and subject to a €40 surcharge. We have an office within the apartment complex, open Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 14:00, except Bank holidays. A personalised welcome will be provided during office hours. Arrivals outside office hours will be via self-check-in. You will receive further information prior to your arrival. To facilitate this, you must complete online check-in in advance, submitting the required documentation via the link you will receive before your arrival. Otherwise, a personalised check-in will be arranged at an additional cost of €40 if outside office hours. Hens or stag parties and similar celebrations are not permitted at this property. Noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a credit card number as a guarantee. En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares. No se puede hacer ruido especialmente de 23:00 a 08:00 A su llegada se le solicitará un número de tarjeta de crédito como garantía.
